Locked On Heat

Bam Adebayo missed what would have been a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer, and the Heat went scoreless on 4 straight late possessions in a gut-wrenching 106-104 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The loss was the 3rd in 4 games when the Heat had the lead in the 4th quarter against 3 of the NBA’s best teams- the Knicks, Cavs and Wolves. Miami is now 4 games under .509 for the 3rd time this season. The Heat went on a 20-7 run to close the first half, then later ripped off a 19-4 run in just over 3:00 of the 3rd quarter, at one scoring 8 points in just :49 of action.
