Locked On Heat

The Dallas Mavericks ripped off a 12-0 run within the final 3:00 of the game, winning 118-113 and handing the Heat their 4th straight loss heading into the NBA All-Star Break. The Heat (25-28) fall to 3 games under .500 for the 1st time this season. Tyler Herro led Miami with 40 points, but the Heat's lone all-star took 30 shots to do it, and missing 11 of his 14 3-point attempts. Kel'el Ware chipped in with 17 Points and 9 Rebounds, and Kyle Anderson added 15 Points and 10 Rebounds. The Heat played without Bam Adebayo (left knee bruise) + Andrew Wiggins & Terry Rozier. (stomach bug) Miami has still not had all its players available for a game since the trades, nor have the Heat been able to run a full-squad practice. Dante Exum scored 27 points, a career-high, for Dallas. Max Christie added 19, as the Mavs had seven players in double-figures. The Mavs (30-26) only dressed 9 players. Stars Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, and Klay Thompson + 3 other starters and almost all key bench guys sat out.——- The Heat
