Jayson Wells - the experience teller who exposes his vulnerability played in 13 countries and explains why he feels that Australia and Isreal are the best kept secrets in the world. Jayson has worked with student athletes throughout the country at Nike Camps and trains kids with his Atlanta based company My Shooting Starz. Jason discusses that he didn’t start playing competitively in the 7th grade and had a typical rise  through high school, where he didn't play varsity until he was a junior. Jayson talks about the controversial topic of personal trainers and kids having a dedicated off season.
