When was the last time you took a drug, any drug? Whether aspirin, cold medicine or alcohol most of us take these drugs with little or no consideration that they may cause us harm. Largely, this lack of consideration prevails because these drugs are legal and there is a great deal of trust that the “powers that be” have ensured the drugs safety. Although it is understandable that people have the notion that legalized drugs are safe perhaps this practice deserves examination through the scriptures.
