California’s controversial SB777, is a law that, at a minimum, implies intention to protect students belonging to various groups involving religion, race, gender and so forth. Many strongly oppose this law citing it in effect terms the Bible as hate speech. Is this true? Or does the opposition to the law stem from an over-zealous, selfish and self-centered religious minority?
