Simon S. Russin — Vice Chair Mr. Russin‘s contributions are many. He has devoted years of his life to help LACERA become the respected institution it is today, while also protecting the rights and benefits of its members. During his long and impactful tenure Mr. Russin has served as Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair. He continues to serve in various capacities. Mr. Russin has been on the Board of Retirement since 1983 and first sat on the Board of Investments in 1985, where he has been reelected several times. His experience, knowledge, and service history make him a vital asset to both Boards.
