In the last several weeks, we have had several topics about coping, crises, loss, emergencies, and similar concepts. We’ve had many episodes on depression and suicide. We have spoken before about grief, fear, and loss. We haven’t focused much on the mechanic of responding to these in others or even in ourselves. We don’t focus on it as a culture or society, or try to teach it in schools or civic groups, and yet nearly all of us will be on both the giving and receiving ends of help in a crisis, moment of need, or in grieving, at some point in our lives.   Tonight, we will discuss: The Community
