Ep. 115 - Going Off the Rails on a Crazy Train - Self-Diagnoses Tonight’s show is about self-diagnosing one’s own mental health issues, which we have touched on extensively in one of our earliest episodes, Ep. 7 – Armchair Psychology 10-19-16. That episode was mainly addressing laypersons with no training, deciding what pathologies other people had, without any professional qualifications. This time we want to address the same basic issue, but speak to people diagnosing themselves regarding their own mental health, without any input from trained professionals.
