Just Bein' Honest

On this Episode, number 145, of the “Just Bein’ Honest Podcast”, I want to make one thing clear. This was recorded the week of waiting for the U.S. Presidential Election results. Emotions are strong. The voice is clear and REAL. Energy...can you feel it? It's like waiting for a baby to be born... tick tock - EEEEEEK! I felt emotionally drugged and simply exhausted. Crying and physically uncomfortable in my own skin. I share some struggles that I am having with Autoimmune and the flare up attacks that have been lasting for what seems to be an eternity. At the end of the day, I am "imperfectly perfect" - and the step in the right directions of realization of this is to give yourself, PERMISSION TO FEEEEEEEL!
