Kimberly recently dropped her Marathon personal best time from 3:38 to 3:11 in under 2 years with a few simple changes under coaching guidance of Elite Half Marathoner Ryan Vail. Kimberly and Ryan have taken a much more relaxed approach to training in many ways: they no longer count mileage, they no longer shoot for PR’s in every workout and they make sure they train with other runners as good as them.. something Kimberly learnt from talking with elite African athletes.
