Dr. Michaelangelo La Luna of the University of Rhode Island hosted special guests for an invitation-only home-cooked Calabrian dinner during Italian Heritage Month. While not a trained chef, he loves cooking and sharing meals with other people, something that he got from his family in Calabria where he grew up.
