Living in South Florida for close to 13 years now, I have met some incredible people with some amazing stories. On todays podcast I had the chance to speak with local artist, Cruise Bogle. We were connected by a mutual friend and while I had heard about Cruise and his story through the community and local charity events It was amazing to hear his story firsthand and what he's been up to. In 2008, Cruise returned home to Delray Beach from college and was enjoying the beach life with his friends. In a crazy skim boarding accident, Cruise fell backwards and hit his head hard on the sand which paralyzed him from the shoulders down. In a split second his life changed  in where he would relearn skills through intensive rehab, working with the Shepherd Center to regain strength in certain areas to return home and live life. His passion for creating art has always been of interest and he began painting seascapes and other art with the use of his mouth.
