Wake Up The Sun

I had heard of Guido in the world of Crossfit for years.  Founder and creator of PEAK360 a Crossfit Affiliate gym in South Miami, Guidos name is held in high regard amongst trainers, high level athletes and the community. His passion for helping others is rooted in his belief in God, a strong faith, hard work ethic and consistency. I had the opportunity of MC'ing his Rising Tides event held at his facility prior to his other creation, WODAPALOOZA kicking off down at Bayshore Miami. Admittedly I was quite nervous walking into PEAK but was greeted warmly and felt a part of from the minute of walking through the doors. After a successful evening I got to speaking with Guido and invited him on the show. One of my favorite things to do is travel podcast so on the eve on the Crossfit Open I drove down and spent some time learning more about Guidos story and how he grew a small gym into what it is today.
