Wake Up The Sun

I met Santy on the courts of Delray Beach Tennis Center playing Pickleball. After seeing him over and over we realized we had a lot of mutual contacts, connections and shared similar stories in turning tragedy into triumph. I asked him to come on the show to share his journey of growing up in South Florida as a first generation immigrant and overcoming the challenges of young adulthood and addiction.  Santy shared of his tough childhood in trying to put on appearances in front of his friends, his parents sacrificing and providing everything and anything necessary to help him fit in. From a young age, Santy felt like he didn't belong and it led him down a path riddled with doubt, fear and eventually coping by using drugs and alcohol to numb his pain. A friends father from his childhood eventually provided some guidance and help in finding a new path which led him to learning more about his true purpose and giving back to those that struggled with the same addictions. Santy learned everting by immersing hi
