We discuss a new layer 2 solution that is unlike anything else that has been attempted, a p2p digital cash equivalent that derives its security from the physical properties of smart cards. This network doesn't need a third party relayer to keep track of state and the only transactions that go on chain are the deposit and the withdraw with privacy for all intermediate transactions.
