SF 'slow streets' not be as effective as expected between traffic and speeding

As it turns out, those "slow streets" many fought so hard for in San Francisco, aren't all that slow. That's according to a report from San Francisco transit officials, which found that several of the city's 16 slow streets had heavier-than-intended traffic, and have had cars going faster than than 15 miles-per-hour limit.
