Meanwhile, two Toronto-based churches are having to close their doors by the end of this year to the thousands of refugees they've helped provide shelter for due to the drying up of funds needed to support them. Canadian health professionals are recommending that Ottawa ban the sale of cigarettes to anyone born after 2008 and have pointed to New Zealand as a role model in this area of health legislation.
