Today's guest is Ilya Khazov.   Ilya Khazov, born in Russia and a long-term resident of Cyprus, has made a significant mark in strongman competitions. He set a Guinness world record on Italian TV for rope jumping while holding an 80kg anvil, a challenge he prepared for with rigorous training that now forms part of his weekly routine.   Ilya competed in multiple Strongman Champions League (SCL) events in 2022, achieving notable placements and setting records, such as lifting a 360kg front loader in Finland. Despite suffering serious injuries, including a career-threatening bicep tear, he remains focused on competing at the highest levels, including
