Christoph Bertsch founded Vejo in 2015 after going through a personal journey to improve his health. Through building Vejo, Christoph uncovered many facts about the food industry, ultimately realizing that Vejo would have to develop its entire ecosystem to provide accessible, personalized, and convenient nutrition.
