You’re going to love this episode. What advice can Moira give to someone looking to move to Atlanta? (3:00) Georgia is one of the few states that are still fairly affordable to enter into.  Anyone entering would be able to buy an entry-level home for below $200,000. An intermediate buy on their second or third home would probably be able to place home at the mid-two-four hundreds.  Therefore Georgia has a pretty affordable market.  Atlanta is the number one market for anyone looking for jobs.  There are a lot of companies that are headquartered there.  The opportunity for jobs is great and the price of living is low.  Someone could come in on an entry-lev
