Leah, a healthcare professional, is also a strength and conditioning coach at Norwood High School in Cincinnati. Beyond her local role, she provides remote coaching services for fellow powerlifters.   As a co-founder of the Main Event Project, a nonprofit championing women's participation in powerlifting, Leah has played a pivotal role in expanding weight classes and sponsoring athletes and meets.
