1913: The Three Events That Killed The Republic

Informações:

Sinopsis

What to look directly at what has mostly created the current cultural position... It's actually a single year in history: 1913.  What happened in 1913? 3 things: 1. Income Tax - we lost our ability to use everything we earn. We work for half of the year or more to pay the government, which supposedly serves at our will; they don't. 2. The Federal Reserve - We gave up our sovereignty to something not federal and that does not have reserves. Rather a cartel that the banks that constantly create our problems, use to protect all the funny business they do. 3. The 17th Amendment - This made Senators elected by the people, not by state legislators. It means the Senate no longer serves a purpose, its like having two Houses of Representatives. Why is this important? There are Democratic states (and vice versa) that have conservative legislatures and thus there would be more balance not the all-or-nothing way Congress currently functions.
