First as head of the MEP Network, Maria Elena developed an excellence curriculum connecting hundreds of field technicians in a national mission to help small manufacturers. Ten years later she launched a private practice (Ultimate Lean) and brought the same lean and visual fire to government agencies. As she continues that work, she also chairs AME (Association of Manufacturing Excellence), an all volunteer not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating networks of leveraged learning across 50 States.
