Today is all about me, the glorious side of me, the ugly truths and my personal BEaUty. Of course this is not my usual show, I have no guest to interview and I have prerecorded this while I am away for the week. There are times in our lives when stress and anxiety step up and when I noticed it was happening to me I knew, it was time to express myself.
