That's right!The elements that make up the universe are the same elements that make up our bodies and everything around us. The most abundant elements in the universe are hydrogen and helium, which were formed shortly after the Big Bang. However, other elements such as carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and iron were formed in the cores of stars and during supernova explosions.
