Jerry Sanford is a retired NYPD and NYFD. He retired to Naples Fl where he became the PIO for Collier Co Fire Rescue. While serving there he formed the Gulf Coast Retired Firefighters Associacion. Through his work with this foundation and Collier Co the 9/11 Freedom Memorial was built in Naples.
