In this podcast, I want to discuss the difference between coconut oil and olive oil, and which one is better to use. They are both very good types of oil to use, but they have slightly different purposes.  Olive oil is heavy in omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-6 fatty acids will typically cause inflammation. But, olive oil is one of the only oils, being an omega-6, that will not cause inflammation. It's actually an anti-inflammatory.  Coconut oil is 92% saturated fat. But, saturated fat is not a bad thing.
