After West Bengal, sectarian violence, triggered by religious yatras have erupted across the state. At least five districts have witnessed major incidents of communal clashes. Is this upsurge of violence just spontaneous , or is there a pattern emerging of the hand of the BJP and the Sangh Parivar in stoking the flames?
