It has the potential to be destructive or to be transmuted into a profound medium to create ART. I’ve noticed the ways in which anger has played a role in my art. Whether it be poetry or music anger has allowed me to radically transform my darkest moments into prolific pieces. Pieces that I can look back on and be proud of because I used anger to create & transform. Today I encourage you to listen. Listen to what this potent emotion is trying to communicate to you.
