On August 25, 2013 a body was discovered in a field in Bakersfield California. A suspect emerged, and investigators worked to figure out why this person wanted the victim dead. As it turned out, the killer may have been seen on surveillance footage leaving the crime scene, but was it really the killer? This would be a source of debate in the trial that took place years after the murder.
