Join Dr. Nicole Sparks and Dr. Saya Nagori as they discuss the challenges that minority females face when accessing healthcare. Dr. Nicole Sparks was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in central Florida. She completed her undergraduate and medical degrees at Florida State University. After graduating, Dr. Sparks taught high school right here in the Atlanta area through the Teach For America program. Following medical school, Dr. Sparks completed her residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. Dr. Sparks specializes in general obstetrics and gynecology including prenatal care, well women care, gynecology and office-based procedures. Dr. Sparks’ special interests include minimally invasive surgery including vaginal and laparoscopic hysterectomies, fibroid management, contraception, preventative care, and low and high-risk pregnancies.
