Have you ever had a panic attack and someone tried to comfort you by giving you rational advice? Did it work? It did not work for me... because, well... that would be too logical. Sometimes, things happens that send you spiraling. I can't speak for everyone. I can only tell you what did and/or did not help me and maybe you can relate too.
