In honor of trauma awareness month, I had the absolute pleasure of interviewing Lead Grief and Trauma Coach with the Beyond Sober program, Samantha Deremer. Sammie has a passion for bringing light to trauma, changing the stigma, and reminding people that it's okay not to be okay. In this episode, we define trauma, discuss why it is so important to be processed, and even give a glimpse into the process of coaching someone with trauma (aka me LOL).
