Auckland mayor Wayne Brown says 2am will be a "tricky point" as Cyclone Gabrielle leaves her mark on the city. Heavy rain and severe winds are ramping back up in Auckland after a brief lull, returning with a southwesterly direction, with high tide at 2am.
