Telco giant Spark is reporting an $837 million dollar half-year profit.  This bumper profit is largely due to a $584m gain from selling a majority stake in their cellphone towers to a Canadian investment fund. Setting that sale aside, Spark's net profits actually fell by 7.8 percent.
