A Napier traffic management supervisor claimed weapons, including a shotgun were pointed at them out of a car window at Pakowhai Roundabout. Liam Harvey, the traffic management supervisor in question, says the incident happened last Friday evening, and the police have since ran inquiries and taken statements.
