Transport Minister Michael Wood infamously released details about an emissions-focused transport plan. Hours later, Wood walked back on the scheme to focus on a new "emergency style" government policy following Cyclone Gabrielle. Finance Minister Grant Robertson says the Government definitely won't be increasing fuel taxes now that the scheme is scrapped.
