Sinopsis
A huge jump in supermarket food prices. Stats NZ says they rose by 12 percent increase in the past 12 months in the highest annual increase since 1989. Foodstuffs says Cyclone Gabrielle caused issues and road closures are still affecting the supply chain. Foodstuffs Chief Executive Chris Quin says it means people aren't buying as much fruit and vegetables.
