Dominique of Momsbetterliving.com is a first-time mom of a one-year-old little girl named Legacy. She started blogging in 2014 when she was experiencing depression very bad. She began writing to relieve stress. Fast forward to 2016 after the birth of my daughter, She started having post-partum depression. Coupled with problems in her marriage, She went into solitude. So, She decided to join a church and from there she has gained a greater spiritual relationship with God. Finding God and going through therapy helped her conquer her depression and began learning about how to be a life coach to others. With her teachings and support system, she now helps women with similar issues rebuild their self-esteem and confidence through the help of God.
