As he prepares to launch an awesome new event, the New Zealand MTB Rally, Ali joins me to chat about his journey from full-time engineer to full time mountain bike guide and event organiser. Along the way, Ali has been diagnosed as bi-polar, taken on the French Government over their guiding laws, been bankrupt, and much more.
