Alright, now it is time to dive into the strange story of Phil Schneider... Schneider went to engineering school and studied geological engineering and structural engineering that included aerospace and military applications. He trained in explosives and the effect of explosives on structures. He claimed that his first job was with the Morrison-Knudsen Corporation who specialized in the construction of deep underground mountain/military bases also called DUMBs.
