I have always followed the integrative/holistic/naturopathic view on Vitamin D and the idea that low levels can be part of the chain reaction of root cause issues for many dis-eases of the body. However, I recently listened to a XXXXX podcast episode with XXXX about Vitamin D levels and supplementation that made a lot of sense even though it contradicts everything every respected Integrative doctor has ever thought about vitamin D. If you are familiar with his explanation, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
