While not representative of all Hindus, Jarin is sympathetic to India's ruling BJP party and its Prime Minister Narendra Modi's policy. We talked about a range of issues, including his support for the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) — he proposed that opposing the CAA was anti-Hindu bigotry.
