Today I had the pleasure of having a meal, drinking some chai and having a conversation with Angel Esparza. Many of you might know Angel as the creator of Mi Calexico or as a former Calexico City Council candidate or as one of the organizers for one of the many Calexico Art Walks. Angel is now working on a new project and he's hoping he can get some help from our community. During the pandemic Angel got really into drinking and making his own Chai tea and now he's hoping to open a space where people can come in and enjoy a healthy meal and drinks but also come in and learn, create and collaborate.
