One of the most challenging areas of leadership is your family. Leadership of a family demands even the higher standards of honesty, and integrity, and anything else than anything that you could have done. Why is that? Because if you are the head of the family, it is not the same as if you are the head of an office. In an office, you can replace a disgruntled employee and you can start all over. You might even get a new job if you wanted to, if it comes to that. You can even move to a different location. But family? That you can never get rid of them.
