Daily Wisdom  – Motivational Podcast – Day 399 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond People often confuse the difference between humility and pride. They believe that if they are humble, they will be naive and that they will be bullied around. That's not what humility is; they also believe, at times, that pride is arrogance. That is also not pride is. Let me explain the difference between humility and pride. See, a person too often focuses on the frailty and the smallness and they become stagnant, unmotivated, and at the same time, they don't have the self-belief and the strength of character or of motivation to keep and persevere in what they're doing. That is not humility or pride; that is just a person who's stuck where they are. When you get too caught up in yourself and you lead but you have a false sense of power, you think you are invincible; that's also the strength of character that you have. It can easily turn into arrogance. That is not pride. Humility is knowing who you are, knowing your capabilities
