Something that we use to bash ourselves; something that we blame ourselves with or carry as guilt because of something we were not able to do at the time. And that is real; people find themselves stuck in situations. They can't move forward, they realize they made a mistake or there's something they can't do, and they say, I just can't do it. I messed up. My life is miserable. I will never be able to do the right thing. I will never be able to move forward. Here's some advice: if you hear yourself thinking, I can't do this. I am stuck. I will never be able to do that, whatever it is, wherever you are, stop and ask yourself, in the last 30 or 60 days, can you recall two or three things that you did if that were good, that were right? Can you recall anything like that? Is there anything at all that would bring this to your mind at all? And you should be able to say yes to this, and now
