Now, in most cultures, we think of love as something in romantic terms, something that has to do with another person, a soulmate, someone we search for and then we hopefully find. Interestingly enough, however, study after study has shown that married folks tend to be happier than single ones, so we know this is a good thing to do. The GARP Organization has gathered hundreds and hundreds of statistics showing that distinguishing a more profitable company from a productive company is literally all about finding out if the people have a best friend at work and these companies were rated so much higher.
