This third and final installment of the mini series, Focus On Your Words, was originally a bonus episode on the YouTube channel. This particular episode focuses on three categories when it comes to the words we shouldn't say or don't say.  We should not speak in a way that makes others feel small. We should speak up when we're feeling depressed and in need of help, especially if we are having suicidal thoughts. We should talk about/declare the things we want in life.
