"Self-efficacy is your first step toward goal achievement and following PARR is the key to self-efficacy." Today's topic, efficacy, is especially relevant to new listeners and those starting out on their goal-achievement journey. Self-efficacy, in fact, is the ability to produce a desired result, as in a goal. When attempting a goal, we all have to bridge a gap between where we are (X) and what we want to accomplish (Y). Surprisingly, this has less to do with discipline or motivation than it does with self-efficacy.  How do we create the bridge from where we are to our desired destination?
